Are you an experienced paediatric Support Worker/ Care Assistant who is passionate to make a difference?
Lewisham based complex care child- male with tracheostomy( Swedish nose), requires ventilation, chest physio and nebulisers. He is also fed by Bolus feed( peg) as well as medication via peg. He is on oxygen when unwell and is weaning off his vent. He requires full personal care and will be attending school soon so we will need Healthcare staff to attend school with him and support his educational and as well as personal and clinical needs in that setting daily.
We are seeking additional team members to work long days meet his increased care package who have the above skills and have a history of working with paediatric clients in their own homes.
