Job summary
Sandybrook Nursing Home, is home to 25 residents. 21 Residents requiring Long Term Nursing Care and 4 Resident, residing short term in hospital prevention beds. Sandybrook Nursing Home is part of the Health and Community Services Medical Directorate, Government of Jersey. We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual to join our team here at Sandybrook, an individual who posses integrity and is dignified and respectful and who shares the same goals as we do within Sandybrook Nursing Home.
Our goal is to deliver the highest level of care to our residents in keeping with best practice and to ensure that each resident is given personal choice and receives their care in a manner that respects their wishes, needs, beliefs and is dignified, respectful and compassionate.
