Global Finance is currently looking for a Business Partner to join our team and lead the finance function for Deloitte’s Global Business Services organization. This role would become a trusted advisor and support the organization in meeting their financial objectives.

Successful candidates for this position should have leadership experience, superior communication skills, and experience working with Senior Leaders of an organization in a business advisor capacity.

  • Drive quality and accountability of results from initial input collection to final outcomes
  • Effectively present ideas in a logical and articulate manner that can influence leadership teams and drive meaningful solutions
  • Ability to work and manage projects both independently and with a larger team to achieve goals
  • International experience preferred, either working with or for an organization that had multinational operations
  • Experience supporting a Shared Services/Business Services environment a plus
  • Leadership experience in Finance, Strategy, Engineering, or Operations
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
