Finance Systems Analyst
Gousto is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) Analyst to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of our financial systems and processes. The Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues, provide support and training, and optimize system performance.
What you’ll do:
- Provide 1st line support to finance users of Dynamics 365
- Work closely with the Dynamics IT team to provide further support
- Maintain the data flow between D365FO and other systems particularly with regards to reconciling cash received against sales orders
- Ensure data integrity within the system particularly with regards to stock prices and valuations
- Provide support during the external audit of Gousto by PwC with regards to data requests and extracts
- Work on projects related to D365FO such as implementing trade agreements to ensure prices are recorded in a timely manner in the system
- Monitoring work orders and transfers between the multiple sites and resolving any further stock quantity or transaction issues
- Stock reconciliation and monthly cost reallocation between the General ledger accounts
- Ensuring credit notes are processed optimally within D365
- Supporting Pitney Bowes invoice scanning solution to ensure it integrates with Dynamics correctly
- Releasing GRNI balances in Dynamics
- Sending Open PO reports to the business and managing/closing POs on a timely basis
Who you are:
- Several years experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Familiarity with financial systems and processes
- Planful/PowerBi/Sisense knowledge would be an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to self-learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
