Job description
We are expanding our team in Ingleby and require experienced Healthcare Assistants to support our service users with their complex care needs.
If you are committed, motivated, enjoy delivering one to one support and can build positive relationships with our service users and their families, this could be just the position you are looking for!
We provide care to adults who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.
We offer full comprehensive training to support with all clinical needs but require your invaluable care experience to assist with any social, personal care needs, medication administration and moving and handling.
We work hard to build close relationships with our service users and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.
Essential Experience Required
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
Desirable Experience
- Spinal Injury Knowledge
- Tracheostomy Care
- Ventilation Management
- Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)

We are looking for staff who can support with both days and nights
Take a look at our payrates
Weekdays £12.50 per hour (£150 approx per shift)
Weeknights £13.00 per hour (£156 approx per shift)
Weekends £13.50 per hour (£162 approx per shift)
Bank Holiday £15.00 per hour (£180 approx per shift)
