An exciting opportunity has arisen within Shropshire Community Health Trust to appoint an enthusiastic Health Visitor to join the Healthy Child Programme 0- 19 Telford Service. The post will be for the community First team this team is dedicated to delivering the universal and universal plus elements of the Healthy Child programme and early preventative interventions. The candidates will need to be flexible as they may be required to work within the family first team, who support those children and families who require a safeguarding response.
