Job description

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

· Reporting to and directly supporting CEO

· Organising the CEO’s schedule

· Extensive Diary management, including organising internal/external meetings, Socials, Private appointments & holidays

· Management of phone calls & emails - Prioritising and responding where appropriate up to 200 + emails per day

· Minute taker for meetings when necessary

· Booking venues for a variety of meetings & events

· General administrative support.

· General office management – Reordering supplies etc

· Carrying out multiple tasks and projects at once.

· Running errands for CEO

· Organising meetings and preparing presentations

· Supporting the HR functions

· Maintaining strict confidentiality

· Receiving and organising post

· Organising travel and accommodation – Business & Personal

· Personal PA duties include arranging household bills, parties, caterers, cleaners, holidays, restaurants etc

· Adhoc duties where required

Ideal Candidate:

· Full UK driving licence

· Be able to travel between Birmingham and Warwickshire area

· Is flexible and willing to work additional hours as the role demands

· Comfortable with big challenging tasks and small, mundane ones

· Has excellent planning and organisational skills

· Provides outstanding client service at all times

· Remains calm under pressure

· Computer literate

· Flexibility in working hours

· Professional and friendly demeanour

· Excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing),

· Ability to multi-task, prioritise daily and work in a fast-paced sometimes pressurised environment.

· A positive attitude

· Be proficient within Microsoft packages including Outlook and Excel.

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to work effectively on own initiative, even when under pressure

· Switched on and resourceful

· Previous experience in Administrative / PA / diary management / Client or Guest Services skills is desirable

· A professional individual who is highly organised and can evidence excellent attention to detail

· Happy to adapt to different responsibilities both in the office and out of hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
