An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Support Worker to join Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust CommunityPaediatric Bladder and Bowel Servicebased currently managed by the Camden school nursing service.
Working as part of a friendly team, you will be responsible for assisting multi-disciplinary health professionals in the provision of a high quality service for the Baldder and Bowel Service.
The successful aaplicant needs an enthusiasm for continence and an interest to assess patients with their bladder & bowel issues and support the patient in managing their incontinence.
The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings.
Health Care Support Workers work closely with people who use our services, their families, friends and carers - making an important contribution to how people experience our services. You will be expected to be kind, responsive professional and to contribute to the services we provide by:
- Working in partnership with patients and their families and carers.
- Providing skilled, evidence based care which adheres to agreed policies and procedures
- Working as part of a team implementing care plans or directives overseen by registered nurses and allied health professionals.
