About the Position
At Tre Sorelle Care we provide home care to vulnerable adults, elderly and children.
We are currently looking for compassionate and caring Health Care Assistant/Support Workers to join our team to help our clients at home with daily living tasks which includes support with their cleaning, preparing meals, medication, paying bills, hospital appointments, shopping and personal care which will make a real difference to their lives.
Full training is provided so experience is not essential.
The target is to provide excellent care with high standards and efficiency.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE DRIVERS WITH ACCESS TO A VEHICLE
