The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. Our service users are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. Your duties may include, supporting with personal care needs, helping them to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.

£10.25 - £11 starting wage for all staff – we support a pay structure that takes into consideration the development of staff and recognises their commitment.
Double rate of pay for ALL public bank holidays, to support and reward working unsociable holidays.
Paid mileage – 30p per mile to support our team throughout their shift, from home address (minus the first 3 miles)
