Working as a Healthcare Assistant for Nutrix Medical, your duty will be supporting patients & residents with their day-to-day activities. Some of the main tasks that you will be required to perform are:Carrying out dressing, washing and mobility assistance duties.Assisting with medication administering after full training and inspection from the nursing team.Actively participate in hobbies and activities, ensuring maximum resident wellbeingProvide a caring service that is compassionate and reassuringPreparing and serving meals to residentsAlways upholding the highest professional standards while ensuring health and safety complianceYour ExperienceA minimum of two years previous experience with supporting Complex clients.A proven ability to deliver tailored patient care meeting all aspects of their nutritional, physical and emotional needsA proven history of successfully working at part of a team towards delivering exceptional care to residents and patientsExcellent planning and time management skillsAll applicants must be authorized to work in the UK in order to be consideredA Full valid UK Driving LicenseDesirable skillsA patient and caring personality with a passion for seeing how their care positively influences the people they look afterA great communicator with excellent personal skills and a history of working with clients in healthcare settingsA positive, can-do attitude, not shying away to go the extra mile when needed and always looking to help their colleaguesWorking hours and benefitsWe are currently offering a salary of £16 - £20 per hour for our Healthcare Assistant roles in North London.
