Health Care Assistant-Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

We are looking for a confident candidate with a passion for delivering outstanding care to adults in a variety of settings including Residential care homes.
Desirable candidates will have already undergone training and experience however we provide
training for suitable candidates.
As a Healthcare Assistant your role will include:
Adhering to care plans
Providing personal care & support
Administering and prompting medication (IF REQUIRED)
Protecting dignity and privacy
Preparing meals where necessary
Attending meetings with other healthcare professionals.
Assisting other staff when needed
Adhering to professional standards
Recording daily notes, medications, and other risk-based observations
Reporting any important changes in the resident’s condition to the Management/Team leader

Full UK Driving licence preferred but not essential.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
Essential needs:
Have experience within the UK with care and/or support work.
Have UK professional references.
