Job description
We are looking for a considerate, patient candidate who is motivated to undertake training to support an adult with autism and learning disabilities in the community. This role would require either experience professionally or personally as care is personalised. Hours are worked during the day( morning or afternoon as required by the needs of the patient). This includes supporting the patient with physiotherapy/ communication/ nutrition or fluids/ administering medication/ attending activities or appointments/ travelling locally/ maintaining their safety and personal care. You would be responsible for providing all prescribed care and reporting information in care records and linking with other professionals as required.
Sadly we cannot sponsor candidates from abroad as this is a personal health budget.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £11.00 per hour
