About the Role

The Winter Pressures single contact point is a crucial service that involves reviewing requests and providing information, advice, and signposting for individuals facing financial and housing difficulties. This role also includes providing in-depth support to those who are extremely vulnerable and living in complex situations.

Your Responsibilities

As a Health and Wellbeing Officer, you will join our established health and wellbeing team and provide essential support to ensure the seamless delivery of the winter pressures service, while also maintaining our business-as-usual services.
