NEBOSH/IOSH Qualified Health and Safety Manager
The key details:
- Based “on-the-road”, you will be responsible for carrying out H&S, FRA on all of the developments that we manage on an annual basis with periodic inspections.
- You will be provided with a Company Phone, Laptop and Car
- You will be expected to liaise with the office should there be any urgent safety or maintenance issues that require addressing.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the developments we manage meet the current guidelines and all of the checks and inspections are being carried out to meet the required legal standards.
- You will have an impeccable eye for detail and have a keen eye for spotting issues.
- You will be happy to work flexible days to account for traffic to and from inspections.
- You will need to be a confident driver, able to navigate around busy areas, motorways and central parts of London.
- You will be a self-motivated individual, happy to work alone.
- You will be able to liaise closely with a team, albeit remotely.
- You will be happy to speak to Clients on-site that may wish to speak with you about H&S , FRA matters.
- You will like working under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- You will be a confident driver and happy to travel for lengthy periods of time on a daily basis.
- You will be well-presented and professional at all times, representing the company whilst driving and on-site.
- You will be able to manage your time effectively and organise your days independently.
Core responsibilities:
- Ensure that inspections of properties are regularly undertaken in accordance with agreements and report any action points to the Property Manager.
- Organise daily workload and routes to ensure all properties within the business portfolio are visited within a set time period.
- Carry out water sampling tests as required.
- Complete inspection reports to a high and thorough standard at all times.
- Upload and send inspection reports to the relevant departments.
- Replace any out-dated, defective or missing signage on notice boards and liaise with the Corporate team to ensure recovery of costs and keep track of stock levels.
- Regularly collect keys for developments from the main office and ensure they are returned once audits are completed (signing in and out as required)
- Liaise with the Property Managers about any issues on their developments as necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Diploma of Higher Education (required)
Experience:
- Health and Safety: 3 years (required)
