Health and Safety Administrator Norwich, England
Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and experienced Administrator to join our Health and Safety Team as Health and Safety Administrator. This role is based at our head office at Norwich Airport and is part-time, 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, timings to be agreed), Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive departmental administration service, including but not limited to:
· Accepting and raising COSHH assessment requests via our online health and safety management system
· Monitoring the receipt and escalation of health and safety occurrence reports
· Preparing and producing health and safety reports, bulletin updates, and health and safety statistics
· Providing administrative support for our accident and incident management process
· Ensuring all departmental meetings are planned, organised and minuted.
We require someone who:
· Has a ‘can-do’ attitude and is a team player
· Has effective verbal and written communication skills
· Has experience in a busy administrative role
· Is well organised and disciplined
· Has a good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office
· Is able to engage with people at all levels
· Is willing to learn
· Previous health and safety experience is not essential for this role.

Salary: £11,200.00-£12,267.00 per year
