EFL Course Director
Based between multiple PGL centres
- £35k per annum
Do you have a love for languages?
We’re searching for an EFL Course Director to oversee our successful and popular English Language Programme, combining classroom based English language lessons, excursions and our famous PGL outdoor activities, to bring learning to life!
THE ROLE
- You’ll be helping us share language, culture and adventure with the next generation by:

Taking overall responsibility for the smooth running of our language courses, team of EFL teachers and overall guest experience

Leading, managing and developing your teaching team to deliver high quality language classes, including teaching some sessions yourself.

Acting as the main point of contact for Tour Leaders and Agents, responding to enquiries about our courses.

Creating a fun and safe environment of well-structured academic, cultural and adventurous activities.

Reviewing the success of the course, the happiness of our guests and continuously exploring ways to improve and innovate our language courses.
- Travelling between our centres to facilitate our English language sessions as necessary.
IS THIS YOU?
Hold a Cambridge DELTA/Trinity Diploma, TESOL/TEFL Q or equivalent qualification

Experienced in delivering classroom based learning.

Organised, self-motivated and diligent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence desirable and happy to travel and work between a number of our beautiful centres.
