At CIM | Moor Hall, we are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistants (Waiting Staff) to join our team within our Hotel and Conference Centre.


CIM | Moor Hall
is a unique venue which provides an ideal opportunity for Food and Beverage Assistants to work with mostly buffet service lunches. This will be servicing our day delegates and office staff in our busy Conference Centre and Office building. The hours of work typically tend to be sociable hours, offering you a great work life balance.


About the role:

As a vital and valuable member of our Food and Beverage Team you will provide a warm, friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring exceptional service standards at all times.


In a typical day, you might:

  • Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, in both the restaurant and bar departments
  • Ensure restaurant and bar areas are clean and well presented
  • Assist in set up and preparation, and provide service duties for weddings and functions as required
  • Have an “eye for detail” in your own work and encourage colleagues to do the same
  • Ensure good communication between yourself, customers, and colleagues
  • Support kitchen staff as and when required in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • To support CIM | Moor Hall in exceeding the company KPI in relation to guest feedback
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all customers and colleagues.
