Job description
Your mission
As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible of highest service standards are always maintained on the floor. You will be well presented, a natural leader and ability to understand the needs, communicating well with the dining customers. Managing an outstanding team of floor staff, you will lead by example delivering understated and timely service and you ability to understand and communicate with the guests.
Your profile
- Great collaborator with your colleagues, proactive at offering support, sharing information and knowledge
- Ability to present information clearly and with confidence
- 2-year experience in a similar role would be preferable
- Strong knowledge of food and wine and fine dining standards,
- Confidence and good nature in leading your team in a fast-paced environment
- Provider of exceptional customer service, ensuring the satisfaction and service of the restaurant guests
- Have a can do attitude, lead by example and create a great atmosphere in the restaurant and within your team.
