Head Waiter – Covent Garden
Full time, permanent (45 hours per week)
£16.50 - £17 per hour
Who you will be:
- Have previous experience in a similar Head Waiterrole of a high-quality restaurant environment
- Have previous experience leading and supervising a large team and ensuring the standards are in line with the restaurants operating procedures.
- Have a good understanding of all areas within the restaurant
- Have experience of completing closing down procedures at the end of shift
- An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Possesses a good command of the English language
- Passionate about food and keen to develop their knowledge on the menu and wine list
