Head Registered Veterinary Nurse
Job description
We are looking for an experienced nurse to work alongside our 4 vets 4 nurse team to continue to provide the highest level of care for both clients and patients. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing all aspects of the nursing team, general nursing, rota, stock control and ordering, purchasing and maintenance of equipment. You will work with the management team to ensure the continuing development. We are a training practice and would encourage our Head Nurse to have an interest in this area. Training would be made available for the candidate in any area of the role they feel they may require.
Working 4/5-day week FTE, between 8:30 am – 6 pm, 1 night per week and 1:4 weekends.
The salary for this role is up to £38,500 depending on experience.
We have all the equipment you would expect from a tier 1 practice which also includes digital x-ray and blood machines at both surgeries.
