Head Receptionist Position - Windermere
This is an opportunity for a capable and responsible individual to take on the day to day administration of a 22 bedroom hotel in the heart of Windermere. This is largely an office based job and you will be responsible for leading a small team of colleagues.
Our operation is a simplistic completely self check-in and self catering hotel model. Full training will be given by our business manager who will support the business during days off and holidays.
Duties: Assisting guests via telephone, email or face to face. Liaising with our housekeeping team. Conducting maintenance inspections. Taking reservations and being responsible for the general welfare of the hotel.
Requirements: Fluency in English, living locally or within a commutable distance. Experience or within a similar roll preferred.
Working Patten: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & 2 evenings on call. 9am to 6pm. 28 Days holiday per year.
Salary: £31,000pa + commission scheme and statutory pension.

Salary: Up to £31,000.00 per month
