About the opportunity: We are looking for a Receptionist to be the face of Everton Football Club and be the first point of contact for visitors.
The role is based at our headquarters in the Royal Liver Building, and will include the following core responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- To interact with colleagues from other departments to ensure good working relationships and delivery of ‘Nil Satis Nisi Optimum’ front of house experience.
- To identify the specific nature of the query and apply the appropriate action response.
- Liaise with and/or refer calls to other departments/external parties where necessary.
- Deal with incoming deliveries.
- Manage stationary orders.
- Manage catering and other requests for meetings.
- General admin as and when required.
Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate(s) will have a real passion for delivering exceptional customer service and first-class front of house experience and has a proven track record of working in a customer facing environment and can effectively manage customer / staff relationships, promptly respond to queries, and consistently manage expectations.
This position is on a permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 8am to 1.15pm (26.25 hours per week).
