Head of UK Sales
UK based - fully remote with some expected travel
£70,000 - £90,000 base + commission bonus + benefits
Our customer, a leading SaaS solutions provider within the reverse logistics space, is recruiting for a Head of UK Sales to bring in new business, alongside building and managing a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities
* Further grow business with new client acquisition and further expanding on existing business
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders
* Managing the sales team in the UK by motivating, coaching, recruiting, target settings and supporting them to develop account plans
* Practice effective communication, escalation & incident management
Requirements
* 5 years of sales leadership experience working with large key accounts
* A self starter with lots of your own initiative, drive and passion
* Natural coach and motivator with clear vision
* Commercial driven and tech savvy
