Specscart is one of the fastest-growing eyewear startups in the UK. A team of professionals who are changing the eyewear industry in the UK. We are looking for our new team member - a Customer Service Assistant - who'll assist and manage in day to day operations for Online operations and the Bury retail store.
You must be presentable, warm and welcoming with the ability to build a rapport with our online and retail store customers. Your ability to provide quality customer service and fast order dispatch will help you achieve the position. Efficiency & speed for this role is a plus point.
Key Tasks
- Communicate with existing and potential customers by telephone and email to resolve pre-sale and after-sale enquiries.
- Ability to build a rapport with customers to help them with enquiries including telephone orders, product/stock information, tracking deliveries and returns
- Ability to identify ways to improve processes in order to improve sales, brand loyalty and the customer service experience
- Assist in delivering the e-commerce strategy requirements
- Preparing order dispatch (Packing & Dispatch)
Requirements
- Driven, enthusiastic and self-sufficient.
- Good understanding of how an eCommerce business works.
- Ability to use analytics to direct and implement changes.
- Able to multi-task with diligent prioritisation of tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior experience in any e-commerce industry or order dispatch is an added advantage.
- Ambitious and driven with an entrepreneurial mentality
