The LEGO Group is looking for a passionate and experienced leader to head our global transformation team!

Core Responsibilities

As a member of the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering large scale strategic programs across the LEGO Group. You will inspire and guide a team of 10+ passionate senior transformation professionals, including recruiting, training and coaching of these to ensure robust value delivery across the transformation portfolio.

Additionally, you will provide Transformation leadership on selected transformational programs linked to the LEGO Group Corporate strategy, where you can shape the thinking and direction together with the business leaders.

The right candidate will be able to naturally develop trust-based relationships with senior leaders and ensure alignment to deliver programs. This capability, together with an outstanding communication skills and a data driven approach, will help deliver our most strategic initiatives.

The Strategy & Transformation team at the LEGO Group drives the Corporate Strategy development & value realization, working on major strategic priorities for the company.

We are uniquely positioned as a central team working closely with the senior leadership team across functional areas and geographies on strategic and operational topics.

We are a diverse team of professionals with unique background in consulting and / or industry acting as a talent hub attracting new talent to the LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Several years of management consultancy experience combined with corporate transformation experience
  • A strong sense of drive, being proactive and resourceful
  • In-depth knowledge and experience leading successful teams
  • Significant depth in strategy understanding and the ability to quickly identify dependencies and simplify complex problems into smaller tangible pieces; analytical and data driven
  • Knowledge spike: masters a diverse set of process / project management tools and methodologies to lead complex cross functional programs
  • Functional knowledge and experience in digital and / or sustainability would be a plus
