Job Title: Head of Sales
Salary: £73,500 per annum (Band I)
Location: Lancing with Hybrid Working
Contract Type: Permanent

About The Role:
This is a key role within Unity Insurance Services with the authority to deputise for the Managing Director when required.
The Head of Sales will lead the sales and service teams including marketing, formulating sales strategies to meet business plans and developing best practices with each department.
You will lead the teams, engage with key customers to identify needs, manage and execute the business plan, foster industry relationships, monitor quality performance reports and create a positive vibe within the department supporting our strategy to be the Company of Choice.
Driving an upbeat and positive atmosphere within the team aligned with our culture and values to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our customers.
