We have an opportunity for a Document Controller to join our team at Hinkley Point C. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm. The salary for this role is £36,919.30 per annum.


The role of the Document Controller is to manage the distribution of information from all parties on the Contract both electronically and in paper format. This will involve the management of the client’s Electronic Document Management System and administration of G4S FMs electronic and paper filing systems.


Key Responsibilities of this role are:

  • Manage and distribute information from the clients Team Centre system and QMS, between the

  • Client, Sub Contractors, Designers and other contract stakeholders.

  • Ensuring all documentation is managed in compliance with processes, policies and procedures.

  • Ensure document control systems and registers are up to date including the issue of all new and changed drawings and specifications.

  • Produce and maintain registers that allow prompt understanding of documents in use, their current status, ownership etc.

  • Coordinate the management and updating of the contract shared drive

  • Ensure documents are quality checked prior to upload for approval.

  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to this role

  • Excellent Document Control and Administration experience required

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail
