Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

What would you be doing at HomeLink?
- You'll be seeing patients in their home environment.
- Undertake nursing/rehabilitation tasks under the direction of a qualified practitioner.
- Monitor and record patients' conditions by taking observations and alerting any changes to the Clinical Lead.
- Provide personal care including meals, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety.
- Observe pressure areas and skin integrity and report to qualified nurse of any change.
- Collect and transport clinical specimens.
- Promote positive mental, physical, and nutritional health with patients
- Work autonomously in the community with your patients.
What would we expect from you?
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Right to work in the UK (without any form of sponsorship)
- You must have a drivers licence and access to a car, this is essential as its a mobile role.
