Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage eBay and Amazon accounts, including listing products, optimizing listings, and monitoring sales performance.
  • Oversee website operations, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Utilize Photoshop to create high-quality graphics and images for product listings and marketing materials.
  • Implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and increase organic traffic.
  • Efficiently upload and manage products on various platforms, maintaining accurate inventory and product information.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a punctual and reliable work schedule, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional growth, continuously seeking opportunities to learn and expand skill sets.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience and expertise in managing eBay and Amazon accounts, including a track record of successful sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in website management and content management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Photoshop or similar graphic design software.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and strategies to improve online visibility.
  • Experience with product upload processes and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Remuneration:

The wage for this position is negotiable and will be commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
