Job description

Role Introduction

We are looking for a high calibre Sales Analysis Manager to process improvments through systems, people and processes throughout our organisation and to ensure our sales teams receive excellent support through the delivery of automated and data driven processes.

The successful candidate will maintain a focus on Continual Process Improvement by ensuring development of people within your teams in both skillset and attributes that encompass the Advanced core values along with identifying opportunities for sales and data improvement and efficiencies.

What You Will Do

  • Reporting into the Director of Sales Enablement
  • Manage the Sales Operations, Sales Incentives, Sales Data Analysts and Team Leaders
  • Hold regular reviews with our Sales Directors, Managers and Team Leaders either as escalation or when required.
  • Be an escalation point for internal teams.
  • Work on supporting M&A Integration across systems, people and processes in and around Sales
  • Own strategic aspects of Incentives and comp plans.
  • Support our Group IT teams with all Salesforce related projects.
  • Provide proactive and reactive data analysis to feed decision making at all levels.
  • Regularly review the team to ensure key metrics are being achieved
  • Identify potential areas for improvements with the sales process and manage the improvement process from inception to delivery.
  • Contribute to and implement new procedures to ensure best practice is shared and drive efficiencies in the team.
  • Support the wider Sales Enablement management team with key cross-functional initiatives.

What You Will Have

  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to drive and maintain a positive culture.
  • Experience with handling internal complaints and communicating with challenging people.
  • Exceptional Salesforce skills
  • Working knowledge of SaaS sales processes
  • Excellent written and spoken English, confident telephone manner and well-rounded interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to self and team development
