Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

As Head of Sales at Thinkproject you should be proactively driving and guiding the sales team to acquire new business, to increase market share and revenue opportunities at every possible touchpoint.
What your day will look like
- Develop sales execution, strategies and plans to expand Thinkproject into new customers and markets
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding New Business Sales Quota and results of the New Business Sales Team
- Support, develop and manage the quality and performance of New Business Sales Team. Conducting regular 1-1s (Your Objectives) ensuring decisions, plans, goals are tracked, measured and achieved
- Provide inspiring and energetic leadership to Sales team, introducing and supporting a solution selling mentality and approach
- Work closely with the sales management to align on business planning, strategies, resourcing, revenue forecasting, coverage plans, and account opportunities (i.e., opportunities and risks)
- Collaborate with Marketing, Services, Pre-sales and Product Management to define and refine value propositions and lead generation programs.
- Define and lead rhythm of business with team and support territory and account planning. Ensuring effective CRM use, with good hygiene and accuracy
- Responsible for Sales Quality Management Objectives, team forecast and end of month revenue results
- Manage account and territory allocation, reviewing commercial proposals and supporting strategic tenders
- Foster an environment which allows team to keep informed on industry knowledge, best practice, pipeline, and technology
What you need to fulfill the role
- Sales experience as a successful individual contributor
- Previous experience in managing, growing and getting the best out of sales teams
- Experience in the AECO software industry
