Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Our customers, big and small, are at the heart of Vault City’s story so far. We’re looking for a driven, passionate individual to come on board, ensuring we deliver the best service to anyone looking to get some
Modern Sour Beer in their hands around the UK & further afield.
Taking full ownership of our sales performance, we’re looking for someone with the perfect blend of tenacity and love of craft beer to set and execute an ambitious sales plan.
Reporting into our Managing Director & located somewhere in the UK (visits up to Edinburgh monthly, more regular at first) you’ll shape the sales function to your requirement, delivering on budgets and exceeding targets.
Duties include:
- Crafting & presenting strategy to wider business
- Major customer relationship management
- New business development
- Ownership of Export strategy & execution
- Management of existing and future sales staff
- Full responsibility for budget & costs
- Working alongside production to ensure accurate forecasting
- Accurate record-keeping
You’ll also have the opportunity to be represent Vault City at a number of events around Europe and beyond if required.
Key Competencies and Experience:
We’re looking for someone who has a track record building a brand in the UK and abroad.

A full, cleanish, UK driver’s licence is required.
Renumeration:
Salary - £40,000 per annum basic, £60,000 OTE, generous accelerator bonus/profit share scheme for someone who wants to send sour beer to the moon.
Company Car, private healthcare
36 hours per week, worked over 4 days.
