Enviro Clean are an established service based business offering carpet, upholstery and leather cleaning to the domestic and commercial markets. Enviro Clean was started in January, 2016 and has since become a recognised national brand serving areas all over the UK. The business became available to franchise in late 2019 and has since gone on to grow to approx 30 franchisees around England, Scotland, NI and Wales.

Requirements
The candidate must have expert proficiency in customer service skills and be able to demonstrate this with previous experience. You should be able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone and during internal meetings (virtual and in person).
At times, Enviro Clean will require you to work past the bell. There are times during the year when they experience extremely busy period, such as the run up to Christmas and summer breaks. This will mean that enquiries are coming into the channels in a much higher volume than usual, and we should service these enquiries to ensure high levels of customer service. You may be required to work longer hours than contracted.
Ideally you would have 1-2 years basic experience with Apple MacBook products (air or pro) and understand the functions of pages, iCloud calendar and other Apple applications.
You must be able to take on multiple tasks during a working day, being part of a team within an SME can be extremely fast paced in comparison to working for a large corporate business, therefore 'wearing different hats' is quite often the case.
Job description
Full, ongoing training is provided and you will be working very closely to the directors of the business to ensure you have the correct tools and skills to be able to handle the tasks within your job description. You will be required to communicate with other office based members of the team on an ongoing basis throughout the day. You will also speak to franchisees regarding customer enquiries, complaint and general communications.
Handling inbound enquiries (domestic and commercial) and organising quotation visits or providing written quotes via platforms. Logistics planning and appointment planning.
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: £25-31k per annum (negotiable) + bonuses and benefits
We will provide you with Apple products (iPhone and Macbook) to ensure you have access to processes and programmes.
You will be required to work remotely, therefore you will need to have a comfortable and clean working environment at your home to ensure you are able to complete your daily tasks.
Travelling will be required as and when because we operate from Penzance to Aberdeen, and everywhere between!
