We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our Cell and Gene Therapy Services team. Title: Head of Sales Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, full time Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours) Location: Hybrid, with office base in either Nottingham or London We are a pioneering leader, committed to advancing the future of healthcare through innovative solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our growth strategy and expand our impact within the industry. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to expand our cell and gene therapy services. You will lead a high-performing team and work closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that will significantly increase our services to the industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals and subject matter experts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry players, including biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Stay current with industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
