Maybe the Head of Project Management, which is an exciting and senior role, focused on delivering customer success within our growing Cloud and Spend Management Services division, is the role for you?
With a wide remit, opportunity and autonomy to drive growth and shape the project management practice, we are looking for somebody that enjoys the responsibility for revenue and margin performance, optimising throughput, and most importantly motivating, leading and coaching a team of project managers to delight customers, through the delivery of successful projects.
This instrumental role, reporting directly to the Services Director for Project Management, requires a strong operational background to manage multiple disparate activities, a passion for customer service and a demonstrable experience of delivering strategic change whilst effectively delivering Business As Usual activities. What You Will Do
- Operational Excellence in Service Delivery
- Champion of the end user experience
- Owner of customer projects, contracts, efficiency and performance
- Accountable for evolving project management in accordance with the Advanced Project Management Maturity Model.
- Achieves KPIs on revenue, chargeable utilisation, time and quality
- Leadership of a continuous service improvement programme
- Mentoring and coaching Project Managers to support business growth and succession
- Motivation of all team members to surpass individual and team goals
- Devise, present and promote retention strategies and ensure a pool of talent available
What You Will Have
- Extensive prior experience in Project and Programme Management roles, having delivered a portfolio of successful customer projects.
- Broad range of leadership and management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and exceptional communication, written, presenting and verbal skills.
- Resulted orientated, with solid analytical, empathic, and decision-making skills.
- Excellence in leading and navigating multifaceted, complex, and challenging engagements
- Excellence in relationship building and influencing key and senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Significant commercial experience, operational exposure, and robust financial management skills
