Head of Philanthropy - Scotland
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £40,000.00 to £48,000.00 dependent on your location, skills, knowledge and experience
Location: Scotland (will consider outside of Scotland if you have a strong affinity to & knowledge of Scotland and are willing to travel)

We are looking for a Head of Philanthropy who will lead our philanthropy strategy in Scotland! This is an outstanding opportunity to join a successful Philanthropy team at The Prince's Trust, within the wider Philanthropy directorate, enabling us to grow our support for young people across the region.
You will be a confident and driven self-starter who works well with others, spots opportunities and enjoys a fast-paced environment. You will be working with major donor supporters in Scotland that have a bespoke relationship with The Prince’s Trust. These supporters may be funding specific areas of our work, co-collaborating on programmes or involved in supporting strategic projects. Having the ability to connect with high-level supporters and build trust, confidence and commitment is essential.
You will have a particular focus on Scotland and can be based from either of our regional Scottish hubs (i.e. Glasgow or Dundee) or any of our national hubs across the rest of the UK, providing you have a strong affinity to & knowledge of Scotland, and would be willing to travel for face-to-face meetings, donor visits, and events.
Most importantly, you must believe in The Trust’s work, live our company values and fit within our team’s positive, supportive and collaborative culture. You must be prepared to travel across Scotland.
