Head of Park Operations
Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Surrey, KT9 2NE
Hours: Full time, permanent contract, averaging 40 hours per week which will include weekends and bank holidays as required by the business.

We're currently looking for a Head of Park Operations to join our Health & Safety team at Britain’s Wildest Adventure!
About the Role
As the Head of Park Operations, you will be the senior operational decision maker, a leadership figure for not just your team but across the Resort, driving standards, efficiencies, and customer excellence.
You will have direct line management responsibility for the Rides & Attractions and Park Presentations teams, where you will inspire your team to deliver against key metrics such as Guest Feedback KPIs, Ride operational availability targets, operating budgets and Safety & Compliance policies.

What we’re looking for

A strong people manager, to inspire and motivate a large seasonal workforce.
- Someone who is passionate about providing excellent guest service and is experienced in delivering service quality improvement plans.

An experienced leader with a passion for developing a high performing, highly engaged management team.

A team player who can deliver business objectives, understanding their contribution towards the wider Resorts goals.
- Acute attention to detail and a relentless drive to not just meet but exceed required operational standards.

Experience of driving a strong Health & Safety culture within your team, ensuring that H&S is maintained as the number one priority.

Ability to manage multiple budgets, with strong financial discipline and experience in delivering capital investment projects.
- Ability to make data led decisions and confidence to deliver regular department performance reports and updates
- An aptitude for influencing, able to work cross functionally and collaboratively to deliver results.
