The Role
As our first Head of Operations hire, this provides a unique opportunity to define and build our operations strategy globally. You will help establish our roadmap and drive strategic initiatives to accelerate growth. You’ll lead critical projects end-to-end across strategic planning, operational performance, new growth opportunity identification, and implementation. This is a high visibility role expected to regularly present performance, new insights, and recommendations to Robin AI's executive team. In this role, you'll be required to operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data-rigorous environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across all business operations functions driving to continuously improve our operations strategy. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of Robin AI's success by accelerating our mission of making contracts simple.

Responsibilities
Develop, refine, and execute holistic go-to-market and expansion strategies to drive overall operational excellence.
Provide insights and guidance to cross-functional teams. Conduct comprehensive monitoring and reporting of organisational performance through robust analyses, research, and the creation of reports and KPI dashboards.
Identify operational issues, formulate hypotheses, and conduct in-depth analyses to transform data into actionable insights.
Apply a combination of analytical rigour, customer insights, and input from internal and external experts to structure and address complex strategic questions.
Effectively present findings, recommendations, and implications to Robin AI's executive team, fostering collaborative discussions. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and our Technical teams, teams to develop operational processes and bridge gaps, ensuring the successful execution of proposals.
Your Skills
3-5 years of experience in consulting and/or business operations at a high-growth tech startup. A legal background is nice to have but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and execute with excellence, effectively driving projects and initiatives to successful outcomes.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment characterized by constant change and embraces the opportunity to adapt and excel.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong ability to conduct complex analyses, define key metrics, assess opportunity areas, and measure and report on business performance. You enjoy diving into analytical work and are committed to finding the right solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information at the appropriate level and effectively convey insights and recommendations.Adept at thinking holistically across various dimensions of a business, including P&L, multiple regions, and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful results.
Flexibility to navigate and contribute to the analytical, strategic, and operational aspects of the role.

Compensation @ Robin AI

Salary: £100,000 - £120,000
