Job description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in enterprise IT sales and software procurement.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience and leadership in software licensing, procurement, and governance.
- Knowledge of foundational cloud technologies (e.g. network, compute, database, middleware, visualization, etc.).
- Knowledge of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS markets, B2B software ecosystem and lifecycle, and cloud-based technologies.
- Knowledge of System Integrators (SIs), Service Providers (SPs), and ISVs.
- Ability to articulate related complicated issues to various internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, legal, and procurement teams.
- Ability to present go-to-market strategies, results, and analysis.

The EMEA Technology Partners team provides go-to-market support for Google Cloud Platform's (GCP) global Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners across the region, and develops Google Cloud’s EMEA ISV partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Set the GCP Marketplace strategy, build the EMEA GCP Marketplace team, and enable GCP field organization. Engage with GCP customers procuring software through the GCP Marketplace, and onboard new ISV partners.
- Be responsible for building a joint go-to-market program for GCP Marketplace software sellers, developing the necessary joint go-to-market programs to drive GCP adoption, and to support our ISV partners’ growth.
- Develop programs and initiatives to accelerate cloud migration projects, software procurement, infrastructure, and application modernization through the GCP Marketplace.
- Engage with GCP customers and GCP customer-facing teams, to enable them on software procurement through the GCP Marketplace.
