About the role:


We are launching a new business line and looking for an experienced manager or a senior marketing professional who will be in charge of global marketing strategy, building marketing team and driving go-to-market activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Evaluating and developing the marketing strategy and marketing plan
  • Building the marketing team and overseeing it in the future.
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals
  • Design branding, positioning strategies
  • Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
  • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish

Requirements:


  • BS/MS degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
  • +2 years of proven work experience as a head of marketing/ marketing director (preferably in fintech)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
  • Creativity and experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals
  • Analytical mind
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
