VJ Technology are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join the Internal Sales team.
This is a full time role, hours are 8-5 Mon - Fri based in Ashford, Kent.

Your day-to-day role
· Answering customer calls/emails, obtaining proof of deliveries.
· Liaising with own transport & couriers regarding deliveries.
· Raising & monitoring returns.
· Resolving customer invoice queries.
· Looking after internal sales orders through to point of delivery.
·Liaising with various departments to fulfil orders and meet targets.
Skills, competencies and capabilities:
· Proficient IT Skills & knowledge
· Computer literate
· Previous Admin experience preferred but not essential
· Teamwork and Professionalism – you have the ability to develop and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships and you are confident to lead, manage and co-ordinate team working and can motivate and lead by example. You are results driven and always maintain strong ethics and professionalism,

Salary: £23,000.00 per year
