The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts for the next phase of our growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven hands-on track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives, and is confident in a complex medium length sales cycle B2B enterprise sales environment incorporating product marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and field events. Someone who is a skilled manager and takes pride in hiring, training and supporting a team of talented individuals.



Responsibilities

  • Manage and build a lean, high-performing marketing team
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to achieve maximum return on investment
  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies as required
  • Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive leads and revenue growth
  • Develop and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, white papers, and webinars to maintain and grow Ravelin’s thought leadership in the industry
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is optimized for lead generation and conversion
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies, and sales collateral, to support the sales process
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement


Requirements

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing marketing teams
  • Experience developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns
  • Strong content marketing skills, with experience creating a variety of content types
  • Experience working with sales teams and developing sales enablement materials
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring and analyzing marketing performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and financial services industries a plus
