Head of IT Operations
Salary: £68,000 – £78,000 plus excellent benefits packages including 25 days holiday, competitive pension scheme, hybrid working and many more!
As the Head of IT Operations, you will be a people manager who is always willing to guide, listen and deliver on all IT operations across the business. You will be able to effectively onboard the information, prioritise and make influential decisions in all that you do. The IT department has the responsibility for maintaining and developing all technology services and systems used across the business. As the business makes use of new technology the increasing pace of change requires modern and proactive project management to ensure return on investment is realised and we become more effective as a solutions provider to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define standard operating procedures with a view to streamlining and reducing exceptions.
- Ensure that operating procedures are managed & maintained in a clearly defined Governance structure that integrates with SGB best practice.
- Manage IT Operational relation with both captive and non-captive dealers in alignment with the Dealer agreement.
- Manage relationship with suppliers whilst also managing the on-going relation with Scania IT.
- Ensure that all supplier contracts are maintained and that renewal activities are managed effectively on an annual or appropriate cycle.
- Establish Operating Level agreements between the Service Delivery & Operational functions.
- Follow up on Improvement activities and goals in connection to the operational & business objectives.
