Job description
We are seeking an Administrator to support our accounting firm with various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Clickup task and workflows, updating company database, and supporting with incoming and follow-up calls. The candidate will also be responsible for applying for PAYE, Self Assessments UTRs, VAT authorizations and supporting with coordination. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Clickup task and workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Apply for PAYE, Self Assessments UTRs, VAT authorizations, and other necessary documentation
- Update information on the company database accurately and efficiently
- Take incoming calls and provide support as necessary
- Follow up on client requests and inquiries
- Support coordination of client meetings and deadlines
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
