Head of IT Colchester (with hybrid options) £50,682 - £54,287 per annum - Full Time - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Are you ready for your next career move in a dynamic and rewarding environment? About the role You will provide management and direction for our IT Infrastructure Services, Application Services, and E-Learning Services. Acting as the IT Director's deputy, you will be accountable for network services, change management, management, and supervision of ITSM functions. This position requires an adept understanding of financial planning, technological evolution, and strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the adherence to and embedding of all relevant internal and external policies within our IT operations. You must promote a culture of compliance and integrity whilst prioritising best of breed services supporting outstanding teaching learning and assessment. This role is key within our organisation, bridging the gap between technology and people, and using technological resources to help realise our mission and strategic goals. About you You will have demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of IT Services with a broad knowledge and understanding of IT Systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems. You will have strong communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively. You will have a degree or equivalent in IT or a related subject.
