Childhood First enables children and young people to recover from severe abuse and relational trauma, to enjoy life and to achieve their potential. We do this through the provision of specialist therapeutic residential care and treatment, together with family and network support. It is also UKCP Training Organisational Member accredited with Middlesex University, providing in-house clinical training to its clinical staff.
What you’ll bring: The post holder must be able to inspire their team as well as collaborate with colleagues across a complex multi-stakeholder environment. You will therefore need to bring both sensitive and innovative leadership as well as HR best practice to a complex and diverse psychotherapy organisation.
Task: Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent HR knowledge and experience of meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Experience of implementing workforce development strategy
- Development of recruitment strategy and practice
- Systems and policy integration and improvement
- Experience of implementing succession plan recommendations

Position and Team: Reporting to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services and with a team of three, you will be working with the management and senior executive team and other stakeholders.
