Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Human Resources (HR) to join Minna Technologies who will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. The successful candidate must have experience of multiple geographies, with US experience a significant positive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including employee handbooks, code of conduct, and other relevant documents.
- Partner with management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Stay up to date on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Experience of multiple geographies.
- Prior experience of running an HR department.
- Hands on experience in USA a significant positive.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Salary: £70,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
