The role …
We are looking for an experienced conceptual creative/graphics designer to lead our design team within the growing design and communication department.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire design team and provide overall creative direction consistent with Radius brand strategy- Stakeholder Management
- Manage external agencies, printers as required
- Own end-to-end process including work intake and prioritisation of design team work/ projects
- Ensure design execution to Radius brand guidelines
- Working alongside the marketing team to realise concepts
- Communicating design updates to the wider business
You will be working on a wide range of assets for multiple countries and languages, preparing:
Marketing collateral- Point of sale material
- Branding
- Digital advertising
- Email design and assets
- Printed materials
What do we expect of you?
Corporate design experience- In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud
- 5 years + experience in graphic design job
- Experience of managing a team
- Strong visual, interactive and graphic design skill
- HTML, CSS knowledge is a plus
- Agency experience is a plus
