Head of Finance Manchester

Avaliable Job Today HW People is currently working with an award-winning mobile platform provider on their search for a new Head of Finance.
Established 10 years ago and going through a phase of significant growth, they have decided to bring the Finance department in-house, which up until now has been outsourced. The successful candidate will report directly into the CEO.
This will be a very hands-on role, which will suit a driven candidate with a desire to get involved in all areas of the business. Must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), ideally PQE 3+ years, with extensive experience in modelling and forecasting, and in-depth understanding of systems.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Ownership of end-to-end accounting practices, driving continuous improvements
- Ownership of Budgeting and Forecasting
- Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts
- Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the SLT
- Using advanced financial analyses and modelling to produce product analysis and scenario planning
- Deliver and develop operational MI and interpret data to highlight risks and opportunities
- Contribute to long-term strategic business plans
- Business Partner the SLT sharing insight to drive performance and profitability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £65,000.00 per year
